Comparison study in statistical estimation of gene effects based on a real data set

Gene mapping study is very important task in current biostatistics and real life science. Most biological traits are mainly controlled by the genetic factors, i.e., function of genes genome, also affected some environment factors. Reasonable statistical theory methods should be used gene study, so that effects can inferred precisely reliable evidence further provided to practical domains genetics medicine. In this paper, we compare two (conventional LSE method Dantzig Selector method) on estimating framework linear model, make comparison them. The illustrated applying a data set. analyzing results show has advantagement although give similar parameter estimates.
